
Diploma thesis
My Master's thesis focused on the concept design of a racing engine for motocross motorcycle MX50 Junior class. The designed engine was based on minibike racing engine W50 produced by Czech manufacturer Blata. In addition, the engine has a designed water cooled crank case, gearbox, kick starter and an axial centrifugal wet clutch. Microsoft Excel was used for calculation and analysis of the clutch, while for the design of the parts was used PLM Siemens NX 9. The Czech version of the thesis is availaible in PDF for download from the university website.

Wheel chair drive
The goal of this project was the design of a drive useble for wheelchair. The members of the team were students of the Faculty of Health and Care Studies, the Faculty of Design and Art and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. As the leader of my team, I was responsible for coordinating all of the departments and making sure each member of the team was doing their part. My contribution was the CAD design in PLM Siemens NX 8.5. The project was selected as a winnning design in an international competition between European univeristies.






The train chassis
Another school project was the project design of a train chassis. Spendning weeks designing and looking for the best solutions, I completed a CAD model using the PLM Siemens NX 8.5 software. is another school project and another planty of hours spent designing, looking for solution and making CAD models. The software is PLM Siemens NX 8.5.

4-cylinder Exhaust Manifold
4-2-1 exhaust system is desiged to provide the same lenght exhaust pipe per each cylinder. The manifold was created in NX 10.0. Each of 3 circular cross-section is bigger. The manifold is designed as bended pipes welded to sheet pressings.
